Nteraction Recognized as Best Engagement Solution of 2023!

DENVER, COLORADO, UNITED STATES, April 27, 2023  — Nteraction was recognized as the Best Engagement Solution for 2023 at the Call & Contact Center Expo US 2023 in Las Vegas, Nevada on April 27. The award was presented after 4 nominees (Brain CX, Call Design, Calldrip, Nteraction) were reviewed by a panel of Expo participant judges who received a short presentation about each solution and were allowed to ask a few minutes of clarifying questions.

The judges were Brian MacLeod from CVS Health, Kate Brouse from National Telecommuting Institute and Abhinandan Jain from Startek.

The Nteraction Team presented a short, 3 minute overview of how Nteraction delivers Visual Engagement for Call & Contact Centers to better serve their customers and prospects, and concluded with a short video demonstration of using Nteraction in a Contact Center scenario.

Upon recognizing Nteraction with the award, the judges stated that Nteraction had a clear message and specific use cases of the problems that it solved and value that it could bring to a Call or Contact Center.  In fact, they said that it was a unanimous and overwhelming decision by the judges!
